Hands-on Full-stack Technical Lead (Go and React)

I'm hiring for two companies:

https://sherpa.cx and https://slidespeak.co are looking for HANDS ON senior technical leads to help build and scale their product.

Sherpa are well-funded pre-seed startup building AI agents/products for consulting firms. They're hiring a senior to manage and be a hands on contributor to the codebase.

Slidespeak are the fastest-growing company in the AI-based slideshow generation space and have generated over 6 million presentations in the past year. They're looking for a hands-on senior individual contributor.

You are expected to have hands-on experience with:

• RAG, vectors, LLM (BEYOND just API calls) and evaluation platforms
• Building scalable and fault-tolerant systems
• Backend and Frontend technologies. These are primarily backend roles but you will be expected to contribute knowledge to frontend
• Fluent knowledge of Go

Bonus: Experience in early-stage startups, and/or you've attempted to build something yourself

Sherpa is an ONSITE role in London, UK. They will sponsor Visas.

SlideSpeak is remote opportunity. Though if you are in London, they have office space available for hybrid work.

Compensation ranges between 80-120k + equity. Immediate start preferred.
