We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join the Front Office team of our newly opened 19-room luxury boutique hotel in London, offering a personalised and high-end experience to every guest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcoming guests and handling check-in/check-out procedures
  • Answering guest inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
  • Ensuring the reception area is always tidy and presentable
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate front desk records
  • Supporting the guest experience with attention to detail and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles
