We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join the Front Office team of our newly opened 19-room luxury boutique hotel in London, offering a personalised and high-end experience to every guest.
Key Responsibilities:- Warmly welcoming guests and handling check-in/check-out procedures
- Answering guest inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
- Ensuring the reception area is always tidy and presentable
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate front desk records
