The Role: Strategic, Operational, & Impactful

You will be the heartbeat of our accommodation department. Your mission is to balance top-tier operational management with the empathy required for mental health support environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute plans for the expansion and sustainability of our portfolio.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Leadership: Support, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to reach their full professional potential.
  • Financial Performance: Take charge of budgets, occupancy levels, and revenue growth through smart expense management.
  • Compliance & Safety: Own all Health and Safety, Licensing, and Landlord compliance—ensuring a "safety first" culture.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Be the face of NCNW with Local Authorities, contractors, and partner agencies.
