Established, growing manufacturer of lighting products looking for an experienced Technical & Compliance Manager to join their senior management team.

Based in Portsmouth.

Key areas to role are:

  • To develop, consolidate and expand the business’ systems in the following areas:
    • product quality
    • business management through ISO9001
    • health & safety
    • environmental
    • risk assessment procedures
  • Coach and develop the production team and resolve internal and supply chain quality issues.
  • Product Risk Assessments
  • Product Compliance Files
  • Product manuals technical content
  • Coordinate and prepare
  • Liaise with customers and supply chain around quality and specification issues.

Essential attributes for a successful candidate are:

  • A quality manager with experience in a similar manufacturing or engineering environment with a strong electrical/electronic background.
