Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is recruiting a Guest Service Assistant to work Nightshifts.
The perfect candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, ideally having worked in a hotel, bar or restaurant.
This role is for 16-24 hours per week across 2 or 3 shifts and will include midweek, weekends and bank holidays.

- Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Working across all departments of the hotel including reception, bar & kitchen.
- Checking guests in/out and managing bills
& payments.
- Serving alcohol, soft drinks, hot drinks
& snacks.
- Prepare and serve food from a limited simple menu.
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet.
- Overnight cleaning in the public areas of the hotel.
- Helping guests & creating positive experiences.
- Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely.
- You will have 'Hamptonality'
- Great energy and a can-do attitude.
- Great team player, and you love chatting with guests.
- Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service.
- Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
- Useful Experience
- Hotel reception or similar experience in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems.
