Job Specification: Care Assistant

We only care for private clients, meaning the whole team always has enough time to do the job properly, and we work for people who seriously appreciate what we do: our scores are always hovering around 10. Role
You would be working in our small, luxury care home helping our residents to make the most of their lives.
Remuneration
£12.45 per hour plus overtime rates and bonuses
As an employee-owner, you would share in the 20% of dividends given to staff.
Hours
Hours by agreement.
Required Experience
You do not need experience as full training will be provided.
Required Certification
Unless you have one already, you will need to undertake the Care Certificate. Additional training will be paid monthly.
Required Skills
All your required skills will be the vocational ones you have or will achieve as part of building your care experience, but we will help you to hone them.
