Managing the kitchen, upkeep of extremely high standards of cleanliness and maintaining high food hygiene standards, retaining our food hygiene rating of 5. Daily checks and documentation required, stock rotation and monitoring, preparing weekly shopping list. Good knowledge of allergens and safe food preparation.
