We are looking for an exceptional Staff Nurse to join our dedicated multi-disciplinary team on our state of the art newly redeveloped Inpatient Unit providing assessment, symptom management and end of life care to our patients living with a life limiting condition. Length of stay can range from a few days to a few weeks. You will work as part of that team to provide holistic person-centered care, integrating nursing care with psychosocial, physical, rehabilitative and spiritual needs.
You need to be able to demonstrate evidence-based practice, up to date clinical skills, flexibility and a commitment to the delivery of high quality, effective and efficient nursing care. There is a comprehensive induction with individual mentor and opportunities for professional development. Palliative care/oncology experience desirable but not essential.
