Nightingale Homecare is looking for dedicated Homecare Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team, providing high-quality care to people in their own homes in Gorleston.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Homecare Assistant, you'll support people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes by:
- Providing personal care with dignity, compassion and respect
- Supporting clients with medication administration
- Assisting with daily routines and personal wellbeing
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Carrying out light household duties
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Supporting clients with hobbies, interests and community activities
- Promoting clients' health, safety, wellbeing and reporting any concerns
Every visit gives you the opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's day.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
- Caring, kind and compassionate
- Reliable and committed
- Excellent communicators with a positive attitude
- Available to work weekdays and alternate weekends
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle (essential)
Previous care experience is welcome but not essentialwe provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support. xgikmsk
