What You'll Be Doing
As a Home Care Worker, you'll provide personalised support tailored to each client's individual needs, including:
- Supporting with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
- Assisting with medication.
- Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks.
- Providing companionship, conversation and emotional support.
- Supporting clients with hobbies, interests and social activities.
- Helping people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.
