Are you an ambitious, passionate, and confident care professional looking for your next exciting leadership opportunity? Join our growing Homecare Team and take the next step in your career with a role where you can make a genuine difference every single day. This exciting position offers the opportunity to deputise across two well-established homecare services in Eastbourne and Seaford, both proudly rated Good by the CQC and long-standing, trusted partners of East Sussex Social Services. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: * Experienced in supervising or coordinating care teams. * A confident leader who can motivate and develop others. * Organised, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure. * Passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care. * Knowledgeable about CQC standards and care compliance. * Committed to continuous improvement and achieving excellence.
