What You'll Be DoingAs a Community Care Assistant, you'll support people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes by: Providing personal care with dignity, compassion and respectSupporting clients with medication administrationAssisting with daily routines and personal wellbeingPreparing meals and drinksCarrying out light household dutiesEncouraging independence and confidenceSupporting clients with hobbies, interests and community activitiesPromoting clients' health, safety, wellbeing and reporting any concernsEvery visit gives you the opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's day.
