We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Male Support Worker to join our team in Woodhall Spa, supporting two gentlemen with complex needs in their own home. This is a part-time role with a consistent two-week rolling rota, including one sleep-in per week and alternate weekends.
The gentlemen you’ll support love being out and about, whether it’s enjoying a drive, walking in nature, eating out, or heading off on holiday. You’ll be part of a close-knit team, helping them live life to the fullest while encouraging independence and celebrating achievements.
Your role will involve supporting daily routines such as administering medication, cooking, cleaning, personal care, shopping, and accompanying them to appointments and social events. You’ll also play an important part in helping them build skills, confidence, and independence in everyday life.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a full UK manual driving licence, as driving is a regular part of the support provided.
