Cygnet Group are currently looking to hire an experienced Business Administrator to join our West Midlands Bank Pool Team. The successful candidate will work 42 hours per week, from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Working closely with the Bank Pool Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently across the service. This role requires excellent coordination and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of contact for bank staff queries and liaise with payroll to ensure smooth processing
- Maintain and update payroll records
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely submission of payroll information
- Support the processing of timesheets and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records and compliance documentation
- Support onboarding processes, including right‑to‑work checks and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the Bank Pool Manager
