About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our supported living home in Ealing, West London. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a pay rate of £13.85 per hour. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

You’ll support three gentlemen with autism, learning disabilities, behaviours of distress, and complex health needs, each living in their own flat within one building. This hands‑on role requires confidence in alternative communication methods and managing evolving needs calmly and empathetically.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal planning, promoting independence, and supporting hobbies such as swimming, theatre, countryside drives, and days out. You’ll work flexibly across all flats, providing 2:1 support during the day and 1:1 overnight.

About you

You’re an experienced Support Worker who shares our values of Ambition, Courage, Integrity, Partnership, and Respect. Calm under pressure and empathetic, you’re confident supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, behaviours of distress, and complex health needs.

  • Ability to use alternative communication methods and listen effectively.

  • Strong teamwork and relationship‑building skills with families and professionals.
  • Basic IT literacy for record‑keeping and e‑learning.
  • Adequate literacy and numeracy for financial and health documentation.
