Hours: up to 37.5hours per week

Pay: £12.27 and increasing to £12.52 after passing probation and obtaining a care certificate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to people in the setting.This may includebut is not limited topersonal care, meal preparation,administeringmedication, supportout in thecommunity and housekeeping.
• Build strong, positive relationships with people, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe, compassionate environment.
• Effective communication both verbally and written.
• Record and report any changes in the people\’ needs or conditions.
• Ensureconfidentiality and safeguarding protocols are followed.
• To treat all colleagues with equal respect regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief,sexor sexual orientation
• To be aware of and tocomply withall Encompass policies and procedures.
