JOIN OUR DUNDEE TEAM AT SENSE SCOTLAND

We’re looking for caring, enthusiastic people to join our teams at Tulildeph and Walton Mill Housing Support services in Dundee.

At Tullideph, we support seven adults (six men and one woman) to live independently in their own homes and at Walton Mill we support five adults (four men and one woman).

The people we support have a range of needs including Learning Disabilities, Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, Epilepsy, ADHD, Diabetes, Bi‑Polar Disorder, Deaf‑Blindness, and Hearing Impairment. Each person we support has their own unique personality, interests and goals — from music and art to walking groups, swimming and volunteering.

About The Role

No two days are the same! You’ll:

  • Support people to build confidence, independence and achieve personal goals
  • Help with day‑to‑day tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, housework and medication
  • Get involved in activities — from cinema trips and music groups to travel, art, and community events
  • Work together with your team to make sure each person gets the best possible support
  • Keep accurate daily notes and updates

Shift times

Shift times vary from 7:30am to 10:00pm, across a variety of early, late, mid, sleepover and night shifts [in one of our services]. This includes a mix of lone working and 2:1 shifts, with each shift supporting only one individual—giving you the opportunity to build strong, trusting relationships and provide consistent, high‑quality support.

Salary / Benefits: £12.60 to £12.81 per hour plus benefits
