Location and Details
- Location: Sherborne
- Hours: up to 37.5 hours per week
- Pay: £12.27 and increasing to £12.52 after passing probation and obtaining a care certificate
- Contract type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to people in the setting. This may include but is not limited to personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, support out in the community and housekeeping
- Build strong, positive relationships with people, promoting their independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe, compassionate environment
- Effective communication both verbally and written
- Record and report any changes in the people's needs or conditions
- Ensure confidentiality and safeguarding protocols are followed
- To treat all colleagues with equal respect regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation
- To be aware of and to comply with all Encompass policies and procedures
