Senior Support Worker
Location: Worcester
Pay: Pay Up to GBP34,779 (depending on experience and qualifications)

What You\\\βll Do
- Support young people with daily routines, including getting them ready for school, meal preparation and planning activities.
- Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
- Lead shifts and deputise for the home manager.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
- Plan and join activities such as trips to the park, popcorn and movie nights, or creative projects.
- Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Where You\\\βll Do It
Perrymill is a closed home, where 3 young people can live. Currently the home is undergoing home improvements to help create a warm and welcoming home. We have a large garden and lots of space within the home, to help give young people their own space and we will encourage and support them to make this personalised.
We are currently building a team, focusing on people who want to make a change to young people\\\βs lives and create lots of happy memories for them. As a new team it is important to work together to create a safe home for the young people. Our young people are centre of everything we do, and we thrive to help them reach their goals and achieve their highest in everything they do.
Who You Are
- Warm, patient, a great listener and encourager β focused on achieving outcomes for others.
- Driver with full UK driving licence, hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and two years working experience in a children residential setting.
