After 185 years, we’re evolving. We’re building a new marketing function to engage communities and drive acquisition so we can help people for the next 100+ years. Our care homes serve the UK Jewish community which presents the marketing challenge of reaching, engaging and influencing a niche market. Therefore, we need a creative, curious and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to drive strategy, find innovative solutions and deliver results. A brand new role to transform our digital footprint and launch us into new channels and opportunities.
Manage and optimise digital channels to meet strategic goals including acquisition (home occupancy), brand awareness and community engagement. Lead digital go‑to‑market plans and set strategy, objectives and KPIs with Head of Marketing, and deliver against them. Plan, create and deliver purpose‑driven content and experiences by collaborating across the marketing department. Report on digital performance and use data to guide channel and campaign optimisation to get results.

- Manage and activate our social channels
- Grow, nurture and engage digital communities
- Digital content strategy, calendar management and content creation
- Report on performance and drive actionable insights from data
- Line management – mentoring, supporting and developing direct report(s)
- Source and manage agencies, other suppliers and freelancers when appropriate
- Support other departments such as Resident Services, Care, Finance, Research & Innovation and Fundraising, Volunteering with digital marketing, comms and processes

Requirements
- Relevant Digital Marketing experience in the UK consumer market and relevant experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
- Proven success at targeting and converting niche consumer audiences or complex targeting through digital campaigns.
- Proven success at optimising full digital ecosystems for visibility and conversions including owned‑channels, referral partners and review sites.
- Website development and management experience.
- Demonstrable achievements driving acquisition from organic SEO and paid search.
- Skilled at managing and optimising CRM systems with experience of setting up automations and customisation.
- Experience of delivering both direct response and brand building results via social media.
- Skilled at content creation that performs for search, UX and CRO - both creating it inhouse and managing agencies for larger campaigns.
- Good knowledge of GDPR and applying it.
- Fluency in English with potent copywriting ability.
- Experience managing one or more direct reports.

You’ll work across our two homes which have offices – one in South Clapham, one in Highgate. There is some flex for homeworking however, you’ll work most days at one of our two locations. This role is only available to UK residents or those with no need for visa sponsorship.
