We are looking for a Full‑Time Team Leader to join us at Shap Road. The ideal candidate will be qualified to at least an NVQ Level 3 standard. Staff training and professional development opportunities are available when joining this home graded as “Outstanding” by CQC. We provide exceptional care and support for young adults with learning disabilities and autism. We aim for our people to reach their best.
What we need from you?
- Successful applicants must be qualified to an NVQ Level 3 standard and be part of a large supportive care team who work holistically across Care, Education and Therapeutic services supporting each other’s practice to deliver specialist residential educational services to those with additional and complex needs, including Autism & Asperger’s.
We are looking for a Team Leader who is:
