About the role
You’ll support five women in their 20s–30s with learning disabilities, autism and complex health needs. This is a lively shared home where people enjoy social time, baking, crafts, family visits, music, day trips and cinema outings. Support includes personal care for four people, medication (including insulin and midazolam), PEG feeding for one individual, manual handling, hoist use and supporting one wheelchair user. Shifts include day shifts, long days and sleep-ins.
About you
You’re calm, compassionate and proactive, with the ability to balance a fast-paced environment with individual needs. You communicate confidently, follow health protocols carefully, work well in a team and bring positivity to each day. A female Support Worker is required due to personal care needs. A manual driving licence is essential.
