To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes. The primary goal is to enable our clients to live safely, comfortably, and independently while respecting their dignity, privacy, and choices.

Responsibilities

  • Personal Care: Assisting clients with all aspects of personal hygiene, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting in a sensitive and dignified manner.
  • Continence Care: Supporting clients with their continence needs respectfully and professionally.
  • Nutrition and Hydration: Preparing nutritious meals and snacks according to their dietary needs and preferences, and assisting with eating and drinking where required.
  • Medication Assistance: Prompting or administering medication accurately and in line with the client\'s care plan and company policy.
  • Companionship: Providing valuable social interaction, engaging in conversation, and participating in activities to help prevent loneliness and isolation.
  • Mobility Support: Assisting clients with moving and handling, using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure safety.
  • Light Domestic Tasks: Helping with tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and shopping to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining clear and accurate records of the care and support provided for each visit.

Essential Requirements

  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Must have unrestricted access to your own reliable and insured vehicle.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
