About the Role as a Support Worker (West Dunbartonshire Day Services)

Our service offers a dynamic, person-centred environment supporting individuals with complex needs, including those who are deafblind. You’ll help people live independently, enjoy community activities, and achieve personal goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide 1:1 or 2:1 support
  • Assist with daily living tasks (personal care, medication, meals, finances)
  • Promote independence and individuality
  • Build trusting relationships and create joyful experiences

Our team supports sociable individuals who love walks, shopping trips, cinema visits, and holidays – every day is an opportunity to make someone smile!

Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts between 08:00 – 21:30, 7 days a week.
