Are you a social media addict with a fiery passion for content and viral trends? Do you thrive working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple social media accounts? Then this is the role for you.
We’re looking for a trend-setting Social Media Executive to join our team at the Brighton i360.
You’ll be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, responsible for scheduling engaging content across all our platforms, as well as ensuring there is continuity in both aesthetic and tone of voice for each brand’s accounts.
This is a creative role for a go-getting person who isn’t afraid to use their intuition and rock the digital world – your creativity and strategic thinking will be vital in achieving our marketing objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, keeping up to date with the latest digital trends.
- Schedule and manage all posts across multiple social media platforms, Instagram and TikTok being the key platforms.
- Create and/or source all social media content, including copy, creative, and graphics.
- Regularly review and monitor social media campaigns, assessing what has worked and what isn’t, using this data to make informed decisions for future campaigns.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and use these to create content.
- Identify and coordinate influencer partnerships relevant to each brand to maximize reach – both local and national influencer partnerships.
- Act as the go-to person for any social media ideas and content across the i360 venue.
- Work alongside the marketing team to help create and deliver marketing campaigns to drive business across the estate.
- Measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
Necessary experience:
Experience working in social media or a similar role within the hospitality sector, with a solid understanding of social media campaigns.
Required skills:
- Creative, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a passion for marketing within the hospitality sector.
- Fantastic copywriting skills – the role will be copywriting heavy, transitioning between different tones of voice.
