Overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our Sales department. As part of an award-winning operator in the late-night bar scene, the role involves managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, conducting venue site visits, and working on proactive sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, a strong interest in cocktail bars and nightlife, proficiency with the Access Collins Booking System, and excellent communication and administrative skills.
Responsibilities
- You will be working across multiple venues in London and sometimes regionally where resource is required
- Managing and responding to incoming customer enquiries
- Responding to customer queries with excellent customer service skills
- Telephone and venue diary management
- Work on proactive sales and upselling initiatives
- Conduct venue site visits where required
- Follow up on potential sales leads
- Work to pre-determined pre booked sales targets as set by the business
- Always act as an ambassador of the brands and Nightcap Group
Skills / Experience Required
- A strong interest in cocktail bars and nightlife
- Previous sales experience, ideally hospitality sales.
- Ideally proficient experience with Access Collins Booking System.
- Experience working in hospitality. Ideally at least one year.
- Strong administration and IT skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
