Temporary contract (rolling basis – Christmas season)

At Nightcap, we don’t just throw parties – we create nights people talk about long after the last cocktail. With Christmas around the corner, we’re turning up the festive volume and looking for an experienced Sales Manager who’s ready to jump in, drive seasonal bookings, and make every party unforgettable.

This isn’t a role for rookies. We want someone sharp, commercial, and fearless when it comes to closing deals. Quick on your feet, confident on the phone, and never missing a chance to upsell – you’ll be the magic behind the biggest celebrations of the year.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning & converting Christmas party and event enquiries – a majority of these enquiries will be semi private areas, private room or full venue hires
  • Attending and hosting in person client site visits at our London venue locations
  • Turning “thinking about it” into “booked it” with speed and style
  • Building client relationships that last beyond December
  • Upselling festive drinks packages, party add-ons & entertainment
  • Smashing seasonal sales targets with the team
  • Flying the flag for Nightcap – bringing our late-night energy to every conversation

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven sales experience
  • Hospitality experience
  • Someone who thrives in the buzz of high-volume festive sales
  • Confident, resilient & unapologetically target-driven
  • Organised enough to juggle a full inbox while keeping clients feeling special
  • Passionate about nightlife, cocktails, and parties that don’t stop at midnight

Why join us?

This isn’t just another temp gig. It’s your chance to be part of the Nightcap team at the most electric time of year. You’ll be right in the action, helping deliver the kind of parties people will be booking again before January’s even here.

If you’re ready to bring the energy, smash sales, and own Christmas with us – we want you on the team. Apply now and let’s make this festive season legendary.
