We’re looking for a hands‑on Deputy General Manager to support the day‑to‑day operation of the venue and help lead the team through busy services, events and high‑volume trading periods. This is a role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in fast‑paced environments and knows how to bring energy, standards and strong leadership to the floor.
The Role
As Deputy General Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to support the day‑to‑day running of the venue across bars, restaurant, café and events.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the day‑to‑day operation across the venue
- Leading shifts and supporting busy services and events
- Driving standards across service, operations and guest experience
- Supporting labour control, stock management and daily procedures
- Leading, motivating and developing the wider team
- Maintaining licensing, compliance and health
