The Role
As Kitchen Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen operation, ensuring smooth service during busy bottomless brunches, maintaining high food standards, and leading a motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team
- Manage stock and ordering
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless service
- Handle high-volume service in a fast-paced environment
