We’re looking for a General Manager who can lead from the front, own the energy, and turn every shift into something unforgettable.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning the full guest experience, from high-energy brunches to late-night dancefloors
- Running a fast-paced, high-volume venue with confidence and control
- Driving performance across P&L, labour, stock and standards
- Building, developing and retaining a team that brings the party to life every shift
- Leading from the front – whether that’s on the floor, behind the bar, or supporting your team when it’s three-deep
- Bringing ideas to life – events, activations and moments that make your venue the place to be
- Ensuring full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company standards

- You’re not just a manager – you’re a leader, a host, and the energy in the room.
- Proven experience as a General Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) in a high-volume, late-night or premium bar environment
- Commercially sharp, confident with P&L and running your business
- Passionate about cocktails, service, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
- A natural leader who builds strong, motivated and high-performing teams
- Hands-on and not afraid to jump in wherever needed
- Creative, driven and always looking for ways to elevate your venue
- Calm under pressure, organised, and solutions-focused
