Senior Sales Executive - (Hybrid Two days on site, three days from home)
Please note, the expected start date for this role is early September.
Location: Cardiff, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham or Bristol - (2 days on site and 3 days remote working)

With Christmas around the corner, we’re turning up the festive volume and looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive who’s ready to jump in, drive seasonal bookings, and make every party unforgettable.
This isn’t a role for rookies. We want someone sharp, commercial, and fearless when it comes to closing deals. Quick on your feet, confident on the phone, and never missing a chance to upsell – you’ll be the magic behind the biggest celebrations of the year.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning & converting Christmas party and event enquiries
- Turning “thinking about it” into “booked it” with speed and style
- Building client relationships that last beyond December
- Upselling festive drinks packages, party add‑ons & entertainment
- Smashing seasonal sales targets with the team
- Flying the flag for Nightcap – bringing our late‑night energy to every conversation
