And at Brighton’s bold new Beach Bar, we need hosts who know how to read a room, work a queue, and make every guest feel like they’ve just arrived at the right place, at the right time. Located at on the sea front at the iconic Brighton i360, this new bar is all about sun, sea, service, and unforgettable energy – and our hosts will set the tone from the moment guests arrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep the bar fully stocked with drinks, glassware, garnishes, and ice
- Support bartenders during busy periods — think speed, efficiency, and hustle
- Ensure the bar area is always clean, tidy, and guest-ready
- Collect and clean glassware and return it quickly to the bar
- Help with deliveries and restocking storage areas
- Be a team player — help wherever needed to keep service smooth
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit – this is an active, hands-on role
