This isn’t a role for rookies.
We want someone sharp, commercial, and fearless when it comes to closing deals.
Quick on your feet, confident on the phone, and never missing a chance to upsell - you’ll be the magic behind the biggest celebrations of the year.
- What you’ll be doing
- Owning & converting Christmas party and event enquires
- Turning "thinking about it" into "booked it" with speed and style
- Building client relationships that last beyond December
- Upselling festive drinks packages, party add-ons & entertainment
- Smashing seasonal sales targets with the team
- Flying the flag for Nightcap - bringing our late-night energy to every conversation
- What we’re looking for
- Proven sales experience
- Hospitality experience
- Someone who thrives in the buzz of high-volume festive sales
- Confident, resilient & unapologetically target-driven
- Organised enough to juggle a full inbox while keeping clients feeling special
- Passionate about nightlife, cocktails, and parties that don’t stop at midnight
