Nightcap Sales Manager
The Sales Manager role is to drive sales and build strong relationships with businesses, clients, and key industry stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service while delivering successful events and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement
- Achieving pre-determined sales targets set by the business.
- Regularly report on sales performance and pipeline progress to management.
Enquiry Handling & Proposal writing
- Manage and respond to incoming customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely follow-up to secure bookings and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Develop compelling event proposals tailored to corporate client needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Track and follow up on all potential sales leads in a timely manner.
Venue Site Visits
- Arrange and conduct venue site visits, showcasing the facilities and services available.
- Effectively communicate venue benefits, aligning with customer requirements.
Corporate Business Retention
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Work closely with top corporate event agencies and third-party accounts to drive bookings.
- Provide outstanding customer service to address client queries and ensure satisfaction.

Event Planning and Coordination
