Role Purpose

To strategically drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities within the late night hospitality sector.

This role focuses on building long-lasting relationships, leveraging market insights, and executing innovative proactive business development sales strategies to position Nightcap as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development and Revenue Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and event markets.
  • Proactively target key accounts, industry segments, and geographic markets to expand the client base.
  • Achieve given sales targets and KPI's set by your line manager.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximise revenue potential.

Enquiry Handling & Proposal writing

  • Develop compelling event proposals tailored to corporate client needs.
  • Responsible for management of all proactively sought enquiries.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, delivering exceptional service to ensure retention and loyalty.
  • Host site visits, familiarisation trips, and client entertaining opportunities to showcase ours brand's unique offerings.

Sales and Marketing Strategy

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Utilise market analysis to inform pricing strategies, promotions, and upselling opportunities.
  • Regularly review competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Event Sales and Coordination

  • Collaborate with operations and event teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

  • Ensure accurate handover of event details to operations teams for flawless execution.

Networking and Industry Presence

  • Represent the brand at industry exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows.
