From Mamma Mia brunches to DJs, themed parties and pornstar martinis flying across the bar all night long - we bring the energy from open to close, and we're looking for a Bar Manager who can do the same. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced venues, loves leading from the front and knows how to keep both the team and the atmosphere buzzing.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running high-energy shifts and supporting the day-to-day operation
  • Leading from the front and jumping behind the bar when needed
  • Keeping cocktail quality and service standards high
  • Supporting with rotas, stock and labour control
  • Motivating the team and helping create the atmosphere Gloria is known for

What we're looking for:

  • At least 1 year experience as a Senior Bartender or Team Leader
  • Confidence in busy, high-volume bars
  • Great energy and strong communication skills
  • Someone who stays calm under pressure and leads by example
  • Passion for cocktails, nightlife and guest experience
