Temporary (rolling basis – Christmas season)

With Christmas around the corner, we’re turning up the festive volume and looking for a Senior Sales Executive who’s ready to jump in, drive seasonal bookings, and make every party unforgettable.
This isn’t a role for rookies. We want someone sharp, commercial, and fearless when it comes to closing deals. Quick on your feet, confident on the phone, and never missing a chance to upsell – you’ll be the magic behind the biggest celebrations of the year.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning & converting Christmas party and event enquiries
- Turning “thinking about it” into “booked it” with speed and style
- Building client relationships that last beyond December
- Upselling festive drinks packages, party add-ons & entertainment
- Smashing seasonal sales targets with the team
- Flying the flag for Nightcap – bringing our late-night energy to every conversation
