We're looking for a commercially driven Sales & Events Manager to help grow bookings and revenue across a portfolio of exciting late-night hospitality venues. This role would suit someone with experience in hospitality sales, events, venue bookings or business development, who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and working in a fast-paced, social environment.
You'll play a key role in driving corporate and private event bookings, building strong client relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities across multiple venues.

What you'll be doing:
- Driving new business
- Proactively identifying and winning new business across corporate, private and event markets
- Building relationships with agencies, event organisers and key accounts
- Growing existing client relationships and repeat business
- Spotting new commercial opportunities to maximise bookings and revenue
- Managing enquiries & converting sales
- Handling incoming and proactive enquiries and turning them into confirmed bookings
- Creating tailored proposals for corporate and private events
- Managing your sales pipeline and ensuring strong follow-up
- Client relationship management
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients from enquiry through to booking
- Hosting site visits, client meetings and familiarisation trips
- Delivering a great client experience to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Working across venues
- Collaborating with venue and operations teams to ensure smooth event delivery
- Working closely with marketing to support campaigns, promotions and venue activity
- Keeping CRM and booking systems up to date with leads, bookings and client communication
What we're looking for:
- Experience in hospitality sales, events, venue bookings or business development
- A strong track record of building relationships and driving revenue
- Comfortable managing multiple enquiries, clients or venues at once
- Confident, organised and proactive
- Experience with systems such as Collins, SevenRooms, OpenTable, DesignMyNight or similar would be a strong advantage
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, social and client-facing environment
You'll do well in this role if you are commercially minded and motivated by results, confident and personable, with strong communication skills, proactive and good at spotting opportunities, comfortable networking and building relationships, organised and able to manage a busy pipeline.
