Your responsibilities will also include inventory control, waste management, and proper organization of supplies. A keen eye for detail, exceptional time management, and strict adherence to food health and safety regulations will be key to your success in this role.Responsibilities:Assist the Chef in preparing ingredients by washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruits, vegetables, poultry, and meat.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas by following established standards and sanitizing surfaces.Thoroughly clean and store cooking appliances, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.Keep the kitchen floors clean through sweeping, mopping, and wiping down kitchen walls.Support with unloading and organizing delivered food supplies.Ensure the proper storage and organization of food supplies.Promptly
