Responsibilities
- Capable of handling different bookings at the same time, manage our guests' reservations and ensure they receive a warm welcome.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them a tour of the cocktail menu; share recommendations.

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front‑of‑house area, including the entryway, waiting area, and restrooms.
