What you'll be doing:
- Leading busy shifts and setting the tone for every service
- Building, coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Driving sales, profitability and overall venue performance
- Managing labour, stock, compliance and financial performance
- Delivering consistently great guest experiences
- Taking ownership of your venue and treating it like your own business

- An experienced hospitality leader who is ready to make an impact - whether you're already a General Manager or a high-performing Deputy/Assistant General Manager looking for the next step
