While this role is primarily bar-based, all team members are part of one front of house team and may support other areas, including guest welcome, ticketing, café service, retail and hosting - depending on the needs of the day.
We’re looking for experienced bartenders to deliver high-quality drinks and great service in a fast-paced, seafront venue, from daytime trade through to events and evening service. If you’re confident behind the bar, work well at pace, and take pride in what you serve, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing
- You’ll be working across the bar and supporting wider hospitality service, including:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, wines and soft drinks to a high standard
- Delivering fast, friendly and professional service during busy, high-volume periods
- Maintaining strong product knowledge and confidently recommending drinks
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked
- Supporting floor service when needed, including table service and food delivery
- Assisting with events, private dining and hosted experiences
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
You’ll be part of a team that works together to deliver consistent, high-quality service every shift.
What we’re looking for
