As a valued member of the Housekeeping Crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of cleaning throughout the entire space, including the vertical cable car (Pod), Beach Building & Upper Deck, and the external terraces.
Responsibilities
- Daily full cleans of front and back of house before and after operation.
- Demonstrate full and deep cleaning skills.
- Perform lone and group work as required.
- Lift and handle manual tasks safely.
- Understand and follow COSHH guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals.
- Clean toilets, retail spaces, food preparation areas, glass, and concrete surfaces.
- Maintain a welcoming and tidy environment to enhance the visitor experience.
- Assist guests with enquiries and provide courteous interactions when required.
- Report any maintenance issues or potential hazards to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
- Participate in routine safety inspections and report any concerns to management.
- Communicate with all departments via radio communication.
- Work alongside all departments as part of Facilities and Maintenance Teams.
- Perform duties with a high level of physical and verbal presentation.
- Maintain a flexible and willing attitude, supporting team needs.
- Commit to creating a clean and welcoming environment with a positive, professional, and proactive approach.
- Ensure thorough and high-quality cleaning standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
