As a valued member of the Housekeeping Crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of cleaning throughout the entire space, including the vertical cable car (Pod), Beach Building & Upper Deck, and the external terraces.

Responsibilities

  • Daily full cleans of front and back of house before and after operation.
  • Demonstrate full and deep cleaning skills.
  • Perform lone and group work as required.
  • Lift and handle manual tasks safely.
  • Understand and follow COSHH guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals.
  • Clean toilets, retail spaces, food preparation areas, glass, and concrete surfaces.
  • Maintain a welcoming and tidy environment to enhance the visitor experience.
  • Assist guests with enquiries and provide courteous interactions when required.
  • Report any maintenance issues or potential hazards to the appropriate department.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Participate in routine safety inspections and report any concerns to management.
  • Communicate with all departments via radio communication.
  • Work alongside all departments as part of Facilities and Maintenance Teams.
  • Perform duties with a high level of physical and verbal presentation.
  • Maintain a flexible and willing attitude, supporting team needs.
  • Commit to creating a clean and welcoming environment with a positive, professional, and proactive approach.
  • Ensure thorough and high-quality cleaning standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
  • Understanding of hygiene and safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including standing for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Experience in a high-footfall environment such as attractions, hotels, or hospitality settings.
