Social media plays a key role in shaping how our brands connect with guests, drive engagement and stay relevant across the late-night hospitality market. As Social Media Executive, you’ll support the planning, creation and delivery of social content across multiple brands, helping bring campaigns, venues and brand personalities to life across digital platforms. This role would suit someone with experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing, who enjoys creating engaging content, spotting trends and working in a fast-paced, social and creative environment.
You’ll play a key role in managing organic social activity, supporting content creation, maintaining brand tone of voice and helping drive audience engagement across a portfolio of exciting hospitality brands.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting social media activity
- Supporting the delivery of organic social media activity across multiple brands
- Managing and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms
- Helping maintain the central social media calendar across campaigns, launches and key trading periods
- Working closely with marketing teams to support wider brand and campaign activity
- Identifying trends, cultural moments and content opportunities relevant to each brand
Content creation & coordination
- Editing and adapting content into platform-appropriate formats
- Supporting content shoots and content capture across venues and campaigns
- Working with content creators, freelancers, photographers and videographers where required
- Ensuring content is engaging, on-brand and aligned to each platform and audience
- Writing captions and supporting content planning across multiple channels
Brand voice & community engagement
- Helping maintain tone of voice and brand consistency across all social channels
- Supporting community engagement and audience interaction across platforms
- Monitoring audience sentiment and helping identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach
- Ensuring content reflects each brand’s personality, audience and occasion
Venue & campaign support
- Working closely with venue teams to support local social content and campaign activity
- Sharing content guidance and supporting best practice across venues
- Supporting launches, events, promotions and key trading periods through social activity
- Helping ensure campaigns are aligned across social, CRM and digital channels
Performance & reporting
- Monitoring content performance across all social channels
- Tracking engagement, reach, follower growth and content performance
- Using insight and reporting to help improve future content planning
- Supporting the wider marketing team with reporting and campaign analysis
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflow, planning and content performance using AI and digital tools
What we’re looking for
- Experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms
- Confident creating, editing and scheduling content across multiple channels
- A good understanding of social trends, audience engagement and platform best practice
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple brands, campaigns or priorities at once
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative and creative environment
- Experience within hospitality, nightlife, leisure or consumer-facing brands would be a strong advantage
