This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced venues, loves leading from the front and knows how to keep both the team and the atmosphere buzzing.

What you’ll be doing
- Running high‑energy shifts and supporting the day‑to‑day operation
- Leading from the front and jumping behind the bar when needed
- Keeping cocktail quality and service standards high
- Supporting with rotas, stock and labour control
- Motivating the team and helping create the atmosphere Gloria is known for
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year experience as a Senior Bartender or Team Leader
- Confidence in busy, high‑volume bars
- Great energy and strong communication skills
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and leads by example
