About Us:
The Piano Works are looking for full and part time food loving, passionate and guest focused Chef de Parties to join our team. We have two fantastic live music venues in London, one located just off Covent Garden and the other Farringdon, and a third one in Cardiff, which are all part restaurant, part bar, part concert and full-on party. The Piano Works are non-stop, late night, live music venues where nightly 8 skilled musicians interact with the audience and play their song requests. Non-stop live music features from 11:30 to 16:00 for our raucous weekly Saturday brunches and from 17:00 – 01:00, four nights a week supported by a state-of-the-art sound & lighting systems and DJs from 1am till late.

What We Need:
As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and produce quality food, ensure service standards are always met and maintained in line with our guests’ expectations and follow food safety and sanitation practices. It will be your duty to prepare, cook and present every dish with pride and passion and according to our brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and in accordance with recipes and plating guidelines, consistently delivering exceptional dishes to customers.
- Adhere to strict health and safety standards in the kitchen, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Responsible for prep, mise en place, cooking, plating, and clean-down of your station.
- Support the rest of the kitchen team with cleaning tasks before, during, and after service.
- Communicate effectively with Kitchen Supervisor and the rest of the kitchen team during service, as well as with the management team.
- Reduce waste and help meet GP targets.
Skills and Experience:
- Ideal, but not necessary, 1 years' experience in a busy kitchen.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
