Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails and beverages following recipes.
- Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area with stocked utensils, glassware and ingredients.
- Ensure consistency, quality and attention to detail in each cocktail.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with the barback and team for smooth operations.
- Upsell featured cocktails, specials and events to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
