From relaxed daytime trade to private dining, events and sky-high experiences, this is a venue with real variety and energy.
Please note, this is a full-time role (40-45 hours per week).

What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy, multi-revenue hospitality environment. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the restaurant and bar operation day-to-day
- Driving high standards across service, food, drinks and guest experience
- Managing, developing and motivating a front of house team
- Supporting recruitment, training and performance management
- Working closely with the kitchen and senior leadership team
- Delivering smooth, high-quality service during peak periods
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and licensing standards
This is a role where you'll be visible on the floor, setting the tone and leading by example.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
- Background in a busy, high-volume restaurant, bar or hospitality venue
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop teams
- Confident running service and making decisions under pressure
- Solid understanding of food, drink and guest experience standards
- Experience with events, premium dining or multi-revenue sites is a strong advantage
- Commercial awareness around labour, sales and performance
