Shift Pattern & Hours

  • Weekend shifts between Friday and Sunday
  • 16-20 hours per week
  • Opportunities to pick up additional shifts across multiple venues

We're looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to take ownership of a small but busy kitchen operation within one of Birmingham's most exciting hospitality venues. This is a hands-on role where you'll be running the kitchen, keeping standards high and making sure every dish leaving the pass looks the part. You'll be working independently, so we're looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, staying organised and delivering consistently great food in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and serving food to a high standard
  • Managing stock, ordering and stock counts
  • Keeping food safety and compliance records up to date
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
  • Controlling waste and supporting strong kitchen profitability
  • Helping create a great experience for every guest
