We're looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to take ownership of a small but busy kitchen operation within one of Birmingham's most exciting hospitality venues. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be running the kitchen, keeping standards high and making sure every dish leaving the pass looks the part.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving food to a high standard
  • Managing stock, ordering and stock counts
  • Keeping food safety and compliance records up to date
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
  • Controlling waste and supporting strong kitchen profitability
  • Helping create a great experience for every guest

You'll be working independently, so we're looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, stays organised and delivers consistently great food in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience running a small kitchen or supervising a kitchen team
  • A strong understanding of food safety and kitchen compliance
